Air Source Heat Pumps

An air source heat pump offers an even comfortable heat in winter and air conditioning in summer. The system works on a simple principle. The heat pump absorbs heat from the outside air in winter and circulates it in your home through ductwork. In the summer it works in reverse, removing heat and humidity from your home and releasing it outside. The heat pump meets the full heating requirements of the house at an outside temperature of -4° C or warmer. A back-up heating source provides supplementary heat at temperatures below that point. The heat pump can be an add-on or all-electric. For every unit of energy used, heat pumps produce over three units of heat making them cost efficient.

Ductless Splits

Ductless splits are the answer for air conditioning a home that does not have any existing ductwork or for new constructions where ductwork is not wanted or possible. Ductless units come in a heat pump model or straight air conditioning. An attractive unit is mounted on an inside wall and a 2-3 inch hole is drilled through the wall and connected by pipe to an outside unit. Any outside piping is covered by a paintable duct cover. These units are energy efficient, attractive and extremely quiet. One unit can air condition an entire floow and one outdoor unit can run up to three different indoor units.

Once you see one of these units in operation, a window air conditioner will never be an option again.

Window and Thru-the-Wall Air Conditioners

We offer an air conditioner for all residential or commercial applications. Whether it's comfort, sophisticated technology, efficiency or durable construction you are looking for, we offer an air conditioner for everyone, from small windows units to large through the wall units.

Central Air Conditioners

Available as an add-on to your exisiting heating system or on its own, efficiency and quiet is today's air conditioning. With its compressor in the outside unit, the inside noise is minimal. The outdoor units are attractive, coming in different colours and give you the cool you require through ductwork and vents in your home.

We also offer a full line of reach-in and walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines and anything else for your commercial refrigeration needs.

Chillers

We offer water-cooled modular reverse cycle chillers designed to meet all your replacement or new construction needs. From 3 to 35 nominal tons with single or dual compressor models that fit easily through a standard 36" door. The modular design gives you the flexibility to install units individually or in any combination to match exact load requirements. They have a fraction of the refrigerant charge of central station chillers and operate at a whisper quiet sound level.

Ventilation

With how air tight new homes are today it is necessary to install an air exchanger. Stale air is exhausted outside and an equal amount of fresh air is brought back into the home. Nothing hurts a building (or a builders reputation) like moisture problems. Air exchangers remove extra moisture from the air and helps prevent damaging buildup on walls and windows that can lead to mold, wood rot and a wide range of indoor air quality issues.

If you need to dehumidify or purify for improvement in air quality, indoor pools or spas we carry a product for you.
